The Herzl Institute, the Chaikin Chair in Geostrategy and the Haifa Center for Policy Studies and Maritime Strategy, joined together on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Six Day War. The cooperation produced a research workshop on "The Israeli Navy in the Six Day War" at the Museum of Clandestine Immigration and Navy in Haifa. The workshop was attended by historians, jurists, and Navy personnel who took part in the Six Day War. Among the attendants were Prof. Maoz Azaryahu, Director of the Herzl Institute; Prof. Shaul Horev, Director of the Chaikin Chair and the HMS Center; Prof. Arnon Golan, Department of Geography and Environmental Studies.
